Originally issued in April of 2009 on No Idea Records and Alerta Antifascista Record, this split is an enduring testament to the raw, scathing power of Tampa's The Holy Mountain and Montreal's Cobra Noir at the height of their individual and collective powers.

All of the proceeds from the sale of digital albums from The Holy Mountain and Cobra Noir will be distributed to charities and causes determined quarterly by a committee that includes band and community members dedicated toward bringing assistance and relief toward dynamically changing conditions at home and abroad.
